OptiTech, formerly a division of Joshua Luis Enterprises, LLC, became an independent entity in January 2023. Founded in 2009, OptiTech offers comprehensive IT solutions for small businesses. Leadership

Joshua Luis Pereira, our founder and owner, brings over fifteen years of experience and a diverse service background. Since starting his first business in 2009, Joshua has prioritized treating every client like family. His philosophy, inspired by the golden rule—"do to others as you would have them do to you"—has fostered strong client relationships and fueled business growth.

Joshua's Journey

Joshua's passion for technology started at a young age when he disassembled his mother’s Tandy computer from Radio Shack at the age of eight. In high school, he excelled in the Electronics Program at the Career and Technical Center, managing technical projects and a team of students. While pursuing a dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Justice Studies in college, Joshua interned with the Pawtucket Police Department's Computer Operations Division, further honing his skills.

Experience

Since 2009, Joshua has gained experience in both the public and private sectors, including Public Safety (Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatch Centers), schools, and various private businesses. This diverse expertise equips us to serve any small business effectively.
