OptiSolutions was born out of a straightforward frustration: business owners were spending too much time managing too many vendors — each one responsible for a narrow slice of their operations, and none of them accountable for the whole picture.
Founded in 2009 in East Providence, Rhode Island, we set out to build something different — a single, trusted partner that could handle IT, communications, digital marketing, payroll, and payment processing under one roof, with one point of contact and one standard of service.
